India Top Civil Services making a English Services



India Civil services is most popular and responsible services in the India. it work like as making a bridge between country people and government where the people used to get government policy,benefit and solved their problem by These officer who selected from "UPSC' examination in this country.This examination began all states of India and all graduate student apply for this job.

Now Our India Country living 60-70 percent public in village and depended on farming land and spoke
only pure Hindi and own regional language not spoken in English language So looking this point today
these people need those officer who heard their problem and support them where they are associated
with new flow of growth but perhaps the India govt. not understand what work doing in this area where
the Common people poverty reduce time to time.the govt. not pay any attention there only look own
party member and relative that is biggest reason ,India too late for ow develop vision.

Now The India Govt. wanted to biggest change  In 'UPSC' pattern then One question rise why this
govt. want to change pattern While more than 60 percent India's people living in village and they are
not understand English yet This 'UPA" govt. wanted to made Desirable English language under a India
Perhaps the India govt. thinker that  The simple India's people will be make easily foolish using a English
word in language and divide a India in two Parts ,one part will be make a the literate people who spoke
only English and other called a Illiterate because they are speaking in Hindi.

The main Purpose of Civil service officer to reduce a gab between a common people and India govt.
but this desirables  English pattern increase the gab.So All youth give some time this logic and then think
it is right or not.A little young common people whose base made in Hindi language atmosphere,he is come
out this environment.Many develop country like as Japan,China,France and more country also get a success
without change own mother tongue then Why making a pressure to change and destroy India Identity
,mother tongue and adopt out side language.
