Fast-Track court to frame charges against 5 accused today




Today A fast- track court in Delhi is likely to fame charges on Saturday against
5 rapist who brutally assaulted,murdered and gang raped a young woman in
Delhi Dec 16,who travelled with her friend in a charted bus,where these rapist
also travelled in this bus.she was a brave woman and continue bravely fight with
her death when she was very hurtfully wound from her body.

The Juvenile Justice Board  (JJB) has declared the sixth accused a minor the last
month and his case heard by board.

the five accused are:bus driver Ram Singh,his brother Mukesh,fruit seller Pawan
Gupta,gym instructor Vinay Sharma and bus cleaner Akshay Thakur. All
5 rapist are now in Delhi's Tihar Central jail.

The charge-sheet has prepared with thousand of page and also including victim's
statement, details of the accused , evidence with forensic reports.
