Google Business Blow Down in Tax controversies

Google, Blow down in tax controversies in many Right Field,wants to discuss with
Indian Tax Authorities.Here Google Business spread by Google Ireland,control all
business term with many MNC Indians Company in the India.Now Google Ireland
want to determine tax  liability and rule of the India So Google moved the Authority
for Advance Rulings(AAR) to check tax liability in The India.


But Indian Tax Department according ,Google not show own whole business in
India.Google India Business dictated by Google Ireland and not show right
information correspond to company profit and loss balance.

The India Tax department had imposed 76-crore penalty on Google India pvt
ltd ,accepting that it had black income on India side and show wrong 
revenues for assessment year 2008-09.

Hearing this penalty, Google choose a fast -track the case to end the tax uncertainty.
